I scheduled an online appointment at 7:30am. When I arrived, I was told they did not do online reservations. I then asked why it offered me to make one on the app as well and confirmed my appointment. I received a text confirming it yet they said they did not do that. I was very much upset as I did not have all day to wait for an oil. They told me to call next time. For my previous oil change prior to this, I did try calling. I called at least 3 times in one day. I even left a message and no one returned my call. So when I had the opportunity to do it online, I was hoping for a better experience. However I was disappointed. I scheduled so I wouldn't have to be there all morning. I went ahead and stayed for it as I needed it. I was there for 1.5 hours. Highly disappointed with the service department.

My truck was there for 2 weeks. I called 3 times to check on it. I ask them to please see if it was something to do with the started or keys. The steering wheel was locked up. They had it ready the next morning with a new starter. Usually there is not a problem. This time was. But I will continue to always use Stan King!

When I brought my car to you all it was clean and after I got it, it was dirt. All on the driver's side, dirt, all under my tires, I don't know where all they test drive my car too, but it was not like it was when I bring it to you all . I keep my vehicle clean and when I drop it off at the shop. I would like to pick it up the way I dropped it off.

The guy didn’t fill my windshield washer up with water after me telling him to Bev sure to tell him to because it was empty and he said he would but they always check that..But it was empty after leaving.They have black marks on floor mats from boots being dirty.

First off great service from Brian at thr dropped area. Second, the communication between the app and the dealership needs to be fixed, I previously scheduled my service appointment and the dealership knew nothing of it and I was offered to request a rental car and also the dealership knew nothing of that service. Your service is the best it can be. My truck’s issue was addressed immediately on Monday morning and I was given a loaner just after my truck was towed to your lot. I would just like to say to GM that it is a shame that you are making these vehicles with all the luxury and overpriceing them with no reliability. It looks like you are building vehicles to last until the warranty is expired and you can care less that hard working customers are spending their hard earned money to buy unreliable vehicles. what happened to being proud of your product. It’s evident that your engineers need to be replaced with people who care about your customers. I am looking to purchase a 2026 Yukon Ultimate with the 3.0 DuroMax and I have seen where they failing at as as low as 8K miles due to crank shaft thrust bearing failure. this totally unacceptable especially when they cost 110K. yall need to make immediate changes from the CEO on down and start making reliable vehicles that customers can believe in and not have to worry about breaking down in the middle of nowhere putting their families in danger.

Went for oil change, tire rotation and check to see why my dash keeps going out. They didn’t do my tire rotation saying it’s going to take a while to get to it. This has happened several times before, but it keeps doing it. Doesn’t seem to take me seriously.

As far as my service tech, Chad and their service dept he is always helpful to set up an appt. But an appt doesn’t insure you’ll have the repair started. I had a 1:00 appointment but was not checking out with the very nice clerk at the business window til 4:30 . I had been told when I booked appt to allow couple hours for repair of tire sensors. I was informed when I called to check status that some workers did not come in and were running behind. It’s always the same way on oil changes taking entirely too much time. I’ve always taken my car back to dealership for everything but I always leave frustrated by the time I spend there.
